This is what I am not drinking this week.
For the last week and a half I have not been sleeping well. So, when push comes to shove with something related to my health, I generally give up Dr. Pepper and all other caffeine to see it if helps the symptoms. When I get headaches I do the same thing. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. But today I was really sad that I couldn't drink Dr. Pepper. I almost gave in, but decided that I could have more self-control than that.
