Guck!

It's the new universal phrase. In John's vocabulary it could mean "dog", "cat", "goat", "pig", "sock", or "balloon". We always knew what he was talking about because he would be looking at or pointing to whatever he was saying. Sometimes he would surprise us and say a few words very clear, but for the most part everything is "Guck."
